Record your blood pressure daily three times a day about
1. five mintues upon awakening sitting up.
2. In the afternoon or before dinner
3. And at nighttime before bed
Do that. Record the pulse rate too. Do that for a week.
See doctor preferably a cardiologist. They can diagnose high BP.
There's a reason why they call it the silent killer, it killed my
oldest brother, he should've been on BP meds in his early 50s.
