Not one, but two articles on the front page of ESPN (albeit one of them is a commentary).

Not surprised with the successful IOC appeal, but the ESPN coverage is fairly surprising.
Yes!!! Merritt is a boss and will be back in top shape for gold. Go USA!
Can't say I'd like our chances for gold if he wasn't running.
If he wins it will prove that size does count.
Great news for dopers
And the dopers win yet again! Very frustrating. Zero tolerance??? I don't think so. Hey, what can we expwect when our own governing body puts dopers in their Hall of Shame.
yes, what a shame, us t and f is a disgrace, should be life banned, give me one reason that makes sense why not, let alone compete at the olympics. i tip my hat to us t and f yet again!
i tip my hat the cas, i tip my hat to all that want to see these guys run!! tip tip = sick, but then again predictable
For the last time, Merritt is not a doper! The facts are he took a male enhancement which he did not know contained anything. Plus it has such a minute amount of banned substance, it offers no real benefits. I'm glad Merritt is not going to be unfairly punished for a silly mistake. Did you see how Merritt kicked home like a boss in the relay? How could you not be excited to see him in the field? I am!
Merritt is the man!!
I guess they took a long hard look at the case and overlooked his shortcomings.
I'm not a Merritt fan (nor the opposite for that matter), but I will say that Merritt is one of the few doping "cases" that I tend to believe. The facts seem to add up and he hasn't lost much performance-wise despite the forced layoff.

LITTLE DICK!
Someday you all will come to your senses and give Merritt his justly deserved props. Perhaps when he busts out a sub 43.5 next year... which I think he will.
43.5 might be a bit of a stretch, but I'd like to see him do it. No "distractions" to worry about next year!

You've only got his word for that. The fact are he is a convicted doper. I'm not scientist but even an idiot like you could see that if you took a drug, the amount diminishes over time in the body
My physio is a friend of Kelly Holmes. He said she would get a headache and he would offer her a paracetamol. She would refuse it saying she wouldn't touch anything just in case
Every doper is innocent and has some excuse made up
Look at CO from the UK, they believed her. Yeah right she just happened to be out on the same 3 times the testers came round. Now she claims to be injured and that's why she is running like a donkey

That drug he took is well know is body building competitions
Look at how well that other muppet face Gatlin is running even after 4 years out
Well done again to everyone supporting dopers this sport will never be clean with you lot on their side
Year after year more cases will come through because the punishment does not outweigh the risk of being caught of doping
Drugs have done more to ruin the top end of our sport than any other factor.
In many cases, the first place medal at the Olympics should be made of plastic.
