They can only beat me by 8 minutes.
True wins overall mens USARC title. As a Maine man, I'm glad to see him having success.
The big question is, will Trafeh head back to Morocco for more "training" before the Olympic Trials in Houston? If so, he'll win in 2:05:42, if not, 6th in 2:14:34.

They should remeasure the course, guessing it's short.
Its short by a mile haha. Give me a break.
These field deserves some props. They ran a tough race out there. It was fun watching at the finish line.
I you convet Mo's time to a 15k, he would have run 43:35, which is 37 seconds slower than what he ran at Gate River earlier this year. I don't know how much the courses vary in terms of difficulty, but the 10 miles course is probably not short. These guys are just all running fast.
Also, if the course were short, the women's times probably wouldn't be as underwhelming.

Short course? 46:46 is a few seconds off Trafeh's half-marathon PR pace.
chris barnicle??? 47:06?? thats a big time poach.
great run for him.
22,000 $ payday for Trafeh! Not bad for 46 mins worth of work.

You mean that they would have been "even more underwhelming".

No. He means exactly what he said.

This course is definitely not short and it's actually on the harder side of things. Mo was only a second (I believe) off the course record. Just a good day to run and a good field to do it.
OMG Trafeh is a stud
pretty easy to be a stud when you are....oh nevermind, don't want this thread to go down that road. great job Mo, you sure earned it with all that tough training in morocco. care to share the secret recipe with the rest of the americans?
