What is the status of the drug tests? Does anybody know what the announcement procedure will be? At a minimum, there has to be a few first sample positives at this point.

Because everyone is clean!
Say that with a big smile and toss your hat like in the opening trailer of the Mary Tyler Moore Show.
Everyone is clean! Bolt is tall and eats lots of yams!
They are careful in confirming results before they announce any positives.
Example - Rashid Ramzi won Gold in the 2008 Olympics.
His positive test was announced the next April and the B sample confirmed in July, nearly a year later.
It takes weeks.
Will these tests be able to confirm whether or not Merga is a dirty racer?
You mean they don't just dip a litmus paper in the pee cups????
yeah - this is quite unbelievable
The rhetorical "Really?" is getting really tiresome. Brojos, please add it to you filter.
How many tested + during the last Olympics or the last TdF?
We can all try and pretend that everyone is clean, or we can just accept that they are using more designer drugs and they are 5 steps ahead of WADA.
Are they doing urine testing as well?
What about poop testing?
I made some minor corrections in the thread title.
But hey, sure, the World Championships could be entirely clean--after all, there was an entire Olympics without a single positive!
Of course that was Moscow 1980...
Hey it ain't just track. Barry Bonds is still innocent too! What a shame that they give these mutts a pass.

And nothing should have been said at all until the B sample tested positive as well.
