It's become a broken record (pun intended), but Ed does it again, running a 42:39.95 at Sacto, demolishing the old 80-84 age-group 10000m record by almost 2 minutes.

To put it in perspective, the old record by Ed Benham (44:29) was set in 1988 was already almost 2 minutes faster than the second best all-time.
