I'm running a lot and eat 4-6 times a day, but I feel like I get way too hungry and get hungry way too often for some reason. I could even stand to lose a few lbs, but my body for some reason doesnt understand that and wants more and more food. The problem is, I try to eat healthy and healthy food is expensive. Maybe part of it is stress and boredom, but I was just wondering what everyone else's experiences are? Do you frequently feel ravenous, feel like you eat enough for 2 ppl, etc?
