Bad-ass move or jack-ass move?
Bad-ass move or jack-ass move?
He's a punk. Bad sportsmanship.
Total jackass...lame as hell. It's not that serious dude!!
He's too cool for throwing up the "O" sign so he goes with a sign that's a fineable offense in other sports. I'd say it makes him a retarded badass?
Loved it!!

You can get suspended in the NHL for such a move. I wonder what the University of Oregon might say about this.

Bush league.
The NFL banned it in 1999. I'm surprised the NCAA doesn't have its own rule.

"We know of no interpretation of this act by which it would not be considered threatening or insulting," George Young, the league's vice president for football operations wrote in the letter. "In fact, it appears to depict an unacceptable act of violence."
Struck me as a little silly, but the kid was pumped. Not too over-the-top, and downright vanilla by sprinter standards. Whatever, let the kid be... helluva a race. And he said the right things afterwards (crediting the opposition), so cut him some slack.
Who cares? He's 21 years old and just won a NCAA championship. Let him celebrate, he's a kid.
Sheesh

I believe it's a 15 yard penalty for un-sportsmanlike conduct in the college game.
Pretty weak move on Centrowitz' part. Look for him and the University of Oregon to put out a statement in the next few days.
I think it was bad ass.
Um, what are you even talking about? What did he do? Pics?
And this is exactly why so many people like Robby Andrews- no BS gestures, just winning, and winning with great times that speak for themselves without the need for excessive boasting.
Centro won and that's all that matters! GO DUCKS!!

As he crossed the finish line (after owning everyone the last 100m) he did the "throat-slit" motion, dragging his pointed out thumb across his neck.
Ummm...ever heard Of Pre Cobain?
It's best to leave when you're on top. Suicide watch time.
No big deal. Just pumped up. Doesnt KB fire a pistol at the finish? It's not showing up the field like Kiprop celebrating way before the line at Pre a few years back.
Definite d-bag move. This ain't boxing, Centro!
