Treadmill workouts don’t translate to road times but able to hold 5.30 mile pace for 20-25 mins without going over 89% MHR. Almost three years without an injury gap! Feel so fortunate and hope my luck continues.
Wish I was in the USA at times where I could try to hang with some of the runners on this thread. Probably get dropped but it would be a fun challenge.
