Thu 2 miles - first time walking outside 9:30 pace! Had to cut down have some kind of pain in the outside of my lower leg that makes me limp. Went to the Chiropractor and had him beat on it, He thinks it is the peritoneal.

Sun Race day 2 miles 12:52 HR hit 190! and 171 avg - that hurt a lot 7 miles total Bike 16

Oh and note my wife Michelle (you know the GOOD athlete of the family) Age 53 ran 2:39 in her first track race in about 10 years. She is getting workouts from our coach that helped her to 3 Olympic teams. Mike Dewitt for those who know. It was pretty nice to see her run again. She has that classic mid distance high heel kick and mid foot strike. She was so excited.
PSAC conference meet next week. Spring break cant come soon enough.
