@lucKY2b - I have you at 20, 25, 30, 33... Time for a cutback?
Dang...I was hoping no one would catch that. But I'm on spring break this week, and the weather has turned so nicely, and I have this relay coming up, and........... But seriously, I was planning on dialing back the intensity this week, but keeping the mileage up and maybe adding back some stairs. However, I did take yesterday completely off and watched B-ball instead. My two teams are #1 seeds, woo-hoo! Thanks for noticing.
@Dave, whew, glad 6:20 isn't THAT easy! Nice week, though!
@KP, excellent race! You maintained good pace up that monster climb! nice return, too. You may become a distance runner yet. :-P
@Co57....and you too! Helluva nice race @altitude, early season!
@MichiganRunningGeezer, agreed, those are some mighty big miles that you're posting. How many days a week do you double? Is it giving you what you're looking for in your training? What's your main focus? As for the question about sub-18.....as Co57 mentioned, he and a couple others here (racerdb and KP, for sure) are definitely sub-18 guys. In fact, I'd put money on Dave running 16:xx before the start of summer.....are you running one this spring, Dave?
FYI, posted on Running Times:

http://masterstrack.com/2015/03/34986/His 4:34.79 is over 2 seconds better than what he ran earlier this season, and more than 7 seconds under the masters-legend Nolan Shaheed's previous mark....scary-fast!
A lot of good stuff going on! Keep it up!
