GOOD!!! He look so bad at mount sac.
Charles Jock ran 1:46 stopping to adjust his jock strap.
Borchers another Sunday morning special.Honest to gosh you can almost predict what he will run after a Saturday night.
Come on man, he backed up from a 3.57 the night before! Can't expect an A+ every day...
And just missed Paul Ereng's meet record.
Not a perfect day on Cbus either! Not horrible, but a little windy...
I give Loxsom a 1:45 low by June

Can we get a B every now and then?
Jock is going to hand lox his a** at the big meet. While I like the PSU 800 crew, they are inconsistent and Im tired of hyping a meet up and they fall flat on their face. Not asking for a 146 every meet but come on, at the worst 148/149
Will this be the season when Cas makes an NCAA final??
Or takes another National title over Andrews?

I found the 9:06 steeple by Jeff see much more interesting. I read earlier this year he was gonna try the steeple this season, maybe not the best result.

This clears up a BIG question mark from MtSAC. Back to where he was expected to be!
I'd take Loxsom over Jock, the only reason being that I feel that Jock may have peaked way too early....but nationals is quite far from today. Jock was quick at Mt Sac, i'm excited to see him race again actually and see if He lost anything or can continue building off of his awesome 1:45 low race!
Not a bad race for Brown of Akron either.
I thought Willams and Borchers were back a little.
Brown mounted a charge that ran out of gas -- better conditioning would have brought him in with a 1:47, and it seems like we will see that from him in the future. Plus, I like the way that he can make a move in the second half, which should help him in racing situations.
Redshirt Dan White also ran an outdoor PR.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
