Due to several factors, I need to run in the mornings. It will help me get out of bed knowing there are other Letsrunners out there at the same time.
I will be out on the streets at 6 EST. What time of the morning do you run?

6 AM? Wuss!
I'm usually out at 5 or 5:30, depending on how long it takes to warm up.
I set my alarm for 4am and try to be on the road by 4:30am. Takes a few days to get your body into that rhythm, but once you're there, it's no problem. If you eat a good dinner, no need to have food in your stomach before the morning run. Some water or juice and good to go. Be sure to bring TP until you get your body used to "going" before you run...
I drink 10-15 oz of Gatorade before running in the morning but never eat any food. Try to get your body moving 30 minutes before your run and try to train it to get the morning crap out of the way before you run.
I've got you all beat. I run a little after midnight. So, there!
5:30am PST
Up at 3:15-3:30, on the mill or out the door by 4am. Need to be done by the time the kids wake up, which usually gives us 120-150 minutes to work out.
I run at 9, sometimes as early as 8:30.
Morning is not good for my neck.
I have to keep looking around my pole.
very true

Up around 5. Take the dogs to the park around 5:40, walk with dog group until 6:30.
Return home, and suit up for run.
Run 3-6 miles for morning run.
Run 4-8 miles for evening run when I get home at the end of the day.
50 yrs. old. Cutting back.
double help take up the slack, and allow me to burn calories before going to work.
It works great. I'm hungry by 11, and I don't worry about eating a large lunch, because I have run some and I'm still burning, and will do it about 5-6 hours later.
I get up at 6, then take my morning poop, drink a glass of water, and head out the door. It is a great feeling being done with the run for essentially the whole day. Every day feels like a day off.
