I am so proud of this MF thread I started before someone took my username. But I know it wasn't the very first "MF" thread - I named it in homage to something else. Does anyone remember who the "MF" was first applied to?

Jason MF Rexing.
Reminded me of Yifter the shifter there!
Elliot Heath = One more reason Minnesota is better than wherever you are from. Take your Boulder, Flagstaff, Portland, etc. and shove them where the sun don't shine (true, the sun don't shine in Minnesota, but you know what I mean biznatches.)
Oh, plus hassan mead MN 07 class... actually quite a few other studs if I remember right.
Simmer down guys, he ran his qualifying time on an illegal track. Obviously that means he wasn't capable of running his qualifier on a 200m track. Obviously this means he shouldn't have been at the meet. He should be DQ'd and only 200m flat track qualifying times should be bumped into placing/scoring position.

How've the Big Ten cross country championships been working out for you guys lately? Just curious.
Best wishes,
A better state
MN has 4 natives running around 3:55 right now, not too shabby at all.
Will Leer, Ben Blankenship, Garret Heath, and of course Elliot Heath. Pretty damn good.
