Thanks for this post Scott. I don't want to see this guy go down, but the story is so crazy and fascinating it just kind of got its own attention.
I hate to say this but I don't think in the history of road racing there has been this kind of repetitive cheating - cheating multiple times.
Kipped - [definition] - losing to a road race competitor who waits an unusual length of time to cross starting line yet somehow ends up in front of you late in the race and you never see him pass you. Then Even after you pass him back, he still beats you because of the large chip/gun differential he'd created of which you were totally unaware.
