This is more geared to those that never ran in high school or collegiately and picked up running later in life. Did you find that running high mileage (70+) and doing doubles significantly improved your performance? If so, what is your training background in terms of years and race results before/after switching to high mileage??
At some point you have to put your body through the grind of 20-25 mile days in order to reach your potential
