Mr Canova, could you kindly give an example of correct tapering in case of W. Kiprop prior to this year´s WHmCHps?

Obviously he did everything properly, Tadese seemed to be quite surprised...

Is there any difference to tapering for CrossChampionships (e.g. Moses Mosop Amman last year?)
