I just saw Alan Webb running at my local track. He was running repeats of 200m on the track then diagonal across the soccer field. After about 10-12 repeats he took off for the lower soccer field to run on the grass.
Before he began running on the grass he took off his blue nike top and set it behind a shed that is in the northeast corner on the track. Here came my deliemma: Do I steal Alan Webb's top, keeping it as a souvenir, and exchange it with mine? It was a sweater and I didn't want to be a complete dick and take his warm layer and leave him to run home, or wherever, in his short-sleeve shirt, it's like 55-ish outside. Would any of the LetsRun faithful taken the shirt?
Of interesting note: I'm no expert on biomechanics like that of Al Sal or M. Lafortune but he looked, to me, as if he was dragging his left foot a little bit more during his gait.
