hey guys. new here, used to be on dyestat (i'm sure there are plenty of us). but i'm trying to walk on to my track team and the first practice is this friday. it's a 1k time trial. i'm a sprinter (100/200) and in still decent shape but have not been running lately (week or 2). So it's really too late to get better/in shape but what can i do to help me for my trial. i know drink a lot of water/try to eat well/sleep. but what meals should i eat? any specific workout i should try? i currently take a whey protein supplement so should i take that at any specific time? also race day tips? im shooting for 250ish. thanks in advance!
