Ok, there is a time trial which I have to do well in two weeks to walk on to my D1 team. I'm not sure exactly how fast I have to go to get on the team, but I want to run fast enough that I am assured of a spot. My goal for the spring is 1:50, so I am building a base right now. Past few weeks of training has been

What should the next couple weeks look like? I know I need to get a fair amount of 200 and 300 reps @800 pace with short/moderate recovery in, as well as maybe a few sessions with 400s or 600s at 800 pace with longer recoveries, but I'm not exactly sure how to structure it. I also need a bit of sharpening on my basic speed. I could probably run 24 seconds in the 200 right now, compared to my pr of 23flat. I'm in good shape aerobically, I just need to get the legs ready for this time trial, which is on the 22nd of September. Anyone want to throw down suggestions or a complete schedule?
