Hey dudes so I've been having this odd problem lately and its never really happened before... I get a sudden need to pop a squat usually around the time i get 50-70min into my run. I've been running for years and this has never happened to me before, i'm not old, i'm 20, i'm not out of shape, i'm sub 15 for the 5k. wtf is going on? how can i stop needing to shit? i shit before i run every day yet it doesn't help. my diet has not really changed much either. This has been happening for about 3 weeks but with increasing frequency
