I eat a lot of fruit and veggies - mostly thats all I eat. I poo 8 + times a day. Is there a point at which a person can eat too much fruit/veggies? It (the poo) hasn't hurt my training.... but that is a lot of poo and sometimes I wonder if my gut is getting a little too much fiber. No meat, but eggs, yogurt, milk, rice + beans, nuts (almond butter, almonds, walnuts), & quinioa for protien.
If I had to guess I'd say I am eating two "servings" of the following each day: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, mango, raisins, craisins, two apples, bannana, cherries, handfulls of spinache, two carrots, a zuchinni, a handful of kale, oats, handful of nuts... you get the picture.
At what frequency of pooing should I start to question my diet?
