Treadmill at McLean Hospital (harvard) only goes up to 7.5mph for patient safety. if i go bonkers again, how can i stay in shape?

Great, now we all know you go to Harvard. Goal achieved. you can leave now.
I guess you'll have to pretend you are an "elite" ultrarunner.
I'd kill for that machine! The ones at my local gym go up to 8 . . . wait . . . wait . . . kilometers per hour! No freakin' joke!
Only in Japan, I guess.
Hey retard, read the first post again and explain how what you wrote makes any sense.
Being hospitalized in a Harvard-affiliated hospital does not mean 'you go to Harvard'.
To the OP, take your Lithium/Depakote etc and stay out of the inpatient psych wards. When you get manic, do a long run.
Weight Vest... seriously. Get a nice one like the Smartvest.
Jack up the front end so it is a 20% incline. That 7.5 MPH pace will feel a little tougher. If that isn't enough, crank the heat to 90F.

But doesn't Lithium affect performance?
Try LSD
Or dilithium crystals.

Does anyone besides the OP realize McLean hospital is a nuthouse? It's Harvard's psychiatric teaching hospital.
Well played sir.
Crank the Back and it'll feel like you're going 10x as fast.
And see if you can arrange to run in a plane on a treadmill.

I can tell you are young, are not well read, and do not watch classic 70's movies.
My first responsed combined the ultimate LR handle and response. Google and you will agree.

Oooh, good eye. That was subtle.
Yeah good eye. lots of clues. the bipolar, lithium, depekote, the bonkers, etc and McLean is the #1 psychiatric place in the USA, perhaps the world.
Cardiolite
LMAO
Thank goodness they treated me well there
I have nothing but good things to say about that nut bin, err place
Being in the nut bin is kinda fun
If u have company health insurance paying 90% of the bill, it can be like a paid vacation!!!!
The coolest thing was seeing a hot woman patient talk to herself. Someone said "hey get her a Bluetooth"
...back to the question posed... - what I do when I want to crank the intensity is put that little fan on high that usually comes with most treadmills

Not as bad as Thorzine would
