Does anybody know anything about recruits for this year? Are there any impact people coming? Recruits at the socon level are not as highly publicized as they are at really big schools. Does app have any grad students coming in this year? |

App's streak is pretty close to the all-time record, and I'm sure many would love to see it end- but is 5 kenyan imports really what everyone wants to see?? Thompson is good, don't get me wrong- but do people really want UNCG to become the Alabama (or UTEP, EKU, etc) of the Socon?? I would sooner pull for any other team in the conference that is honestly built over a team that is dominated by kenyan imports. |

well its pretty clear that you never worked hard to get better or ran at a conference meet, if app loses to a team that that devoted themselves to running more than they did and beat them, then good for them- all foreigner teams are chickenshit and dishonorable; this is all merely speculation until their team is fully realized, but it is pretty pathetic if UNCG truly is so desperate that they give up on Americans altogether because they realize that they can barely recruit or train anybody, especially with how good thompson was getting. |

Check Milesplit. They have most recruit signings listed for each state. Looks like Davidson and UTC will square off at the Louisville meet. App and UNCG will face each other at Paul Short. Those are the four best teams and the two fastest courses. I think we'll know a lot after those two meets. |

Rumors are Moen and Soderman are red-shirting. I guess they have plenty of good Freshman coming in. It will be a tough year with the Kenyan Quad at UNCG but that will make APP work that much more for their 7th straight title. It will be a great season regardless. |

Redshirting Moen wouldn't do anything since he already got a redshirt from not running cause of injury his sophomore year. If UNCG did get the shorter kenyan the entire conference should redshirt and refuse to run against this debauchery of a team. |
