Did anyone see that 400m??? 8 guys in the 45 and I think the freshman who won ran something like the 3 fastest time in the world this year.
You other guys need to get hungry like America'a 400m guys!

I would agree with this statement. Coming off the final turn 6 of the guys in the final were within one stride of eachother. James just gradually pulled away the last 25-50.
Kirani James is still only 17.

Idiot. He's from Granada.
http://www.rolltide.com/sports/m-track/mtt/james_kirani00.htmlGranada? In Spain?
Sorry, Grenada. The country/island.
the 800 sucked.
I am not sure that I would agree that it sucked, but the 800 was not much of a race due to Wheating completely dominating the field. When was a NCAA 800 final ever as decisive as this one?
TRIPPIN!
PS...you are all TRIPpin'. Great race. We found out the psychology of a great race. we found that Andrew Wheating knows what to do, when to do it, and how to do it (given his school tutelage and Olympic experience), as Robbie Andrews is young and needs another year to realize how to race. Awesome every 200m.
How about putting the actual times up? If I have to look elsewhere for it this post is just a waste of time
5 guys ran in the 45's in the D2 final. Winner was 45.1. The guy who was second 45.4 came back to run 48.66 in the IH.
Now that's a stud!

The 800 meter heat where 1:46.17 did not make the finals was the best race hands, feet, head or whatever body you want to use, down. I was there. The 400 was a great race but so far they all have been awesome.
