The Chinese women have been in Kenya since Jan. training with Rosa's group. Why doesn't China send men also?

Ryan is going to have to win this race or minimum finish top 3, if he doesnt win I predict a lot of bashing on LR with the way hes running right now. Atleast him going in front a second time shows hes confident and feeling good, maybe that slow 1:04 half was a good sign... well find out soon i guess
