Trautwig has never seen a marathon like this on the women's side? Is he serious? He's never seen a woman run a 2:25 marathon? The world record is 2:15.

She's actually on 2:27 pace.

and in terms of the men's race.

They are having technical difficulties anD i'm missing Meb being dropped.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE YET AGAIN. BOSTON MANAGED TO SCREW UP THE BROADCAST OF THIS YEAR AFTER YEAR ON ESPN AND THEY'VE DONE IT AGAIN. AT LEAST PUT ME WITH A PHONE IN THE LEAD VEHICLE.

sO THE MISSED THE BIG MOVE 45 MINUTES IN. AND THEY MISS ONE HERE 1:27 IN THAT TAKES THE LEAD PACK FROM 8 TO 2. GIVE ME A BREAK.

Does Erkesso, Tune and Merga winning/having won Houston dismiss the argument that it was right to consider Houston now equal to NYC and Boston? Appropriate to award Houston the bid.

Universal upped the ante by charging $5. Paying customers should really be able to pick their feed.

Lehmkuhle and Vega still on 2:10:07 pace at 25k.

The announcers aren't talking about how fast the men's race is.

hall was on 2:07:04 pace at 25k, Meb and the leaders were 2:06:38 pace and that was after a 1:03:27 pace. They really picked it up.

Merga and Cheriyot on a two man lead. I believe those are the right names. Merga in the yellow singlet (? can anyone clarify/confirm... I'm having trouble picking out the names with the choppy feed)

hall trained for a race at 4:50 per mile even splits
unfortunately he missed the memo that everyone else was going to run faster than that
