You write that "when he broke the world record in 2004 and 2005 he wasn't at his peak." This is obviously a false statement. That is precisely when he WAS at his peak. He has maintained a level not far from that for the last several years, but he is now slowly declining. When do you think he WAS at his peak if not in 2004 and 2005?
