This is why you need to step down to the 800! It allows you to have a more attractive body such as Nick Symmonds.

No distance runner needs to be so skinny.
Alan Webb ran 27:34. I'd bet that that beats every distance runner who thinks he has to be skinny on this thread.

Being skinny sucks, why would you want to be some waif like runner that is blown around by the breeze? Most women don't want to date a stick.

This is correct, as I'm a beautiful fit woman and prefer to date overweight guys with bulging stomachs and bald heads.
I'm also very sarcastic at times.

No no no, not fat guys. Muscular guys like Nick Symmonds. Nothing wrong with being fit, but no need to be super skinny either. A manly physique is something most women like.
I'm a girl and would also be turned off by a guy that tall and thin. Are you Kenyan or something? My boyfriend is 6'0 and 160 and he's pretty much a string bean; I would LOVE it if he'd put on some weight, but he's just blessed with high metabolism (and not to mention, he's a great runner). But, he has an amazing personality which I love, so I am able to look past the "string bean" thing.
Don't worry, there's someone for everyone out there.
