Deer Brojos, Kentucky will stomp Cornell by 30+. Wall will rain deuces on Cornell's weak defense. Any Cinderella story they were going for is gone. Better luck next year.

You got that right. They're going to crap the bed against Cornell. Go Big Red!
30+? Are you kidding? At best they win by 8. Wall is good, but he's been overhyped all season long. Cousins is a better player and will have more of an impact in tonight's game.
Goliath is going to stomp all over David! It's no contest, he's way bigger, way stronger, can't be stopped!
Shut the f*** up and watch the game. I'm cheering for Cornell as is the rest of America. That arena is going to be worse than any road game Kentucky has faced this year.
Overhyped??? Seriously? Just wait till he gets to the nba. Just waaaaaaaaait
That's the beauty of the tournament, one game to move on. The format is a true equalizer. That said, I think Kentucky wins by double-digits, but if Cornell shoots the ball as well as they did last weekend, you never know.
Wait for what? He will not live up to the hype, Cousins will be a better pro for sure.
The Narc-dog thinks not!

I'm usually all about the underdog, but getting to "know" the Brojos through LR.com puts me FIRMLY in the KY camp here.
Oh my goodness. I go to UK. I despise everything about UK basketball and this is why.
UK are choke artists, and have been since 1999. I hope they lose by 1 to cornell on a buzzer beater.

You sir are a douche. No UK student does not like UK basketball. Unless of course they are a douche.
Those that think Cousins is better than Wall have not watched UK this season. I have literally watched every minute of every game. Wall can do whatever he wants with the ball 50% of the time. Sure he makes turnovers but he also controls the game and makes plays. He would be averaging 30+ if he didnt have to fight with 4 OTHER DRAFT PICKS every game.
UK will win by 15 tonight, 83-68. Wall will have 19, 6, 4, 2. Cousins will have 22 and 12, PPatt 18 and 8, Bledsoe 15.
Its gonna be a beat down.
Cornell should win tonight by 3 points. That is where the smart money is.

Wall will be a more immediate impact in the NBA. Cousins MAY be better if he shows some dedication and desire and develops. Or he may turn into a sloth and waste his talents, think Olawhatever his name.
what do the antelope brojos think?

And neither will be as good as Evan Turner.
Kentucky was very good defensively tonight, had way more size than us and Cornell was just a bit off tonight.
After watching us play perfect basketball against wisconsin, i worriedly thought "HOw likely is it we do that two games in a row?" And that was shown tonight.v
The problems. In the first two rounds, our top 3 players all played amazingly which is something I'd never seen from cornell.
Today, Dale played great. Whitman was off and Foote was just overmatched.
Additionally, we had way too many turnovers but i give kentucky's length and defensive intensity a lot of credit for that. I can remember vividly talking to Coach Donahue a few years ago about Memphis and how i didn't view them as really playing basketball, it was just superior athletes running around on the court. i mean those guys could barely hit 50% on freethrows so how could that be graet bball or coaching?
Today, I miust admit I have some respect for calipari as he clearly had those guys playing really hard on defense. if htey play like that, they win the whole thing.
That being said, my dream is for kentucky to win and then have it be vacated.
PS. I do love the tournament and the one and done because if we had been read hot, we win this game.
UK really shut down Cornell's offense, but it was strange that the announcers were going on and on about that while Cornell held UK to something like 8 points through the first 10 minutes of the second half. Cornell had nothing going offensively, but UK wasn't exactly scoring at will either.
It was a very defensive game. UK has done this all year and one thing that scares me. They will play to their competition and let them dictate the game. Our defense was amazing last night though. I doubt any one will beat us if we play either the same defense as last night or the offense of the previous two games. If we play with both... We give the Cavs a good game.
Also, Rojo... No way this one gets Vacated. Cal and this team are watched like hawks at UK. They have hired numerous compliance staff to watch this team. At least I hope...

The announcers really missed that for sure. At one point I turned to my wife and commented how Kentucky was going to score less than 20 points the 2nd half. Cornell couldn't score and shot horribly thanks to Kentucky defense but they played increidbly the 2nd half until they final 2 minutes and had to foul. They cut the lead from 16 to 6 and I'm bot sure how as I kept expecting Kentucky to dunk on them.
The problem was Kentucky just dominated the last 15 minutes of the 1st half. Someone needs to study what Cornell did defensively the 2nd half. That is the only way to beat Kentucky as they looked like a pro team for parts of the game.

I have lived in Lexington for 14.5 years. I was here when they were good (1996-1998). But since then (up to this year--most of the decade) they have been sub-par at best and it has always gotten on my nerves how most UK fans just couldn't admit it when their team sucked (like last year especially).
I go to UK because it is in-state, and combine that with my scholarship it is very cheap.
