I've been getting huge blood blisters everytime I run on an indoor 200m track. I wear socks, and it even bothers me when I wear 2 socks or put on vaseline before my workout on our 200m track. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to beat these friction blisters. I'm currently thinking of putting athletic tape over high friction spots

Rub an ice cube over the offending spot in the evenings. It toughens and thickens the skin faster than it will on it's own. For workouts & races: buy 1/8" thick moleskin and cut it so that there is a hole over the sore spot. Pressure will be around it, but less on it.
I get really big sized blisters (good chunk of my forefoot), would I be able to apply the moleskin to the whole area of skin usually affected or do I have to only put moleskin around the edges of the high friction points?

What does running on an indoor track have to do with anal blisters caused by getting your fudge packed too often?
My suggestion is to use more Vaseline...
or stop being such a homo.
