I started my first year of teaching and I also coach XC/T&F at another school afterward, while finishing my Master's. I run with my kids sometimes but other times I obviously want to be observant and provide feedback, plus they are all warmed up by the time I arrive as they get out before I do from school. My training load has decreased dramatically now in the last 6 months and I wanted to know how everyone does it. I leave my house at 6:30 every morning and I am beat up every morning. I'm not a morning person but I've always been up early to have a full day under my belt. I don't think I can run in the mornings unless i went to bed super early. Any advice, aside from man up? I feel like older people need less sleep (I'm 25). Thanks for any insights.
