Ok Now that signing day has come. What schools has the best recruits coming in??? I like the way UVA is looking at the moment! I look for them to be even better next year.
What would you guys say, OK State, Oregon, Stanford?

So your son just signed with UVA? Congrats.
on the men's side UNC looks great as well....Pete Watson and Ryan Van Hoy have got some studs coming in...should be able to mix it up with the class of the ACC next year...
I doubt they've got the top guns like Oregon, but as far as depth of class goes they're up there with the best of them...
Are you kidding? "the Best of the ACC" is there such a thing....come on!
whata joke
Oregon's recruits there is at least one guy who doesn't even belong near Eugene. Unc does have some good guys coming in but, I have not seen a lot of UNC guys develop or run well the past 2-3 years.
Florida. That Urban Meyer guy can recruit even on his death bed.

That's because there was a different coach until this year. In his first year Pete Watson has brought in the best recruiting class that UNC has ever had on the guy's side. They also locked up every good in-state recruit. What's going on with NC State? They didn't get anyone this year...
The University of Texas finished second in most expert ratings but that is bit misleading ... In the ESPNU ratings, Texas had four prospects who scored an 84 as four-star prospects - with 85 being cut-off for five-star prospects - thus, they had four borderline 5-star prospects and they really did the best overall considering that

On the men's side they have 3 FL finalists (6th, 10th, 35th), the Millrose Mile champion, and 3 in-state runners who have run 9:12, 9:14, and 9:23. Who has a better class than that?
I was referring to the overall program...I don't see UNC having a chance at winning NCAAs anytime too indoors or outdoors...However their distance recruits look stacked...UVA brought in quite a few solid guys as well...
Lets see what that star (Petey Watson) can do!
UNC is turning things around.
So that makes the 6 83's and 3 82's that Florida got worthless? I would take the 9 total from 82-84 over the 4 84's and an 82 any day of the week. You can do that whole thing until you're blue in the face. Fact is Florida just signed 18 guys 81 or higher vs. the 15 that Texas brought in from 80 or higher. Then you can look at the 17 top 150 vs. the 15 top 150.
It doesn't matter in the long run what their recruiting class was ranked on signing day - what matters is the results they get from those recruits.
This is from a guy who particularly dislikes both teams and isn't even a huge college football fan. No matter how you slice it though, Florida came out on top of this years signing day.
i can't believe that kid made that video and put it on the internet. no matter how fast he is, it makes him look like a douche.

I thought it was awesome.
Good for him.
ultimately you have to have talent but you gotta be able to coach em up which mack brown and urban meyer are certainly more than capable of doing. remember, colt mccoy was only a 3 star recruit out of high school and he was one of the top college qb's the last 3 years. yes he had lots of talent around him but i doubt many recruiting experts saw his success coming in the way it did.
UVA..are you kidding?
The fact that they were ranked as the #1 class last year was a joke.
Recruited a good 3 guys with a ton of potential!
