Why collapse like a polio victim when you can at least just walk for a while - catch your breath- then start again. I suppose the grass was slippery!

You guys make me laugh. Easy to blame the announcers for everything but TV doesn't have the scores because NCAA does such a bad job getting them out. Two hours after race completed and still no team or individual scores on NCAA site.

i agree w/ the mighty porn stache. i too have run myself so hard during a race that i collapsed and was not able to get up and finish. i too have nothing but respect for her. she has a lot to be proud of at such a young age. the pressure and anxiety that comes with being a leader the tremendous hurt she must be feeling now must be tremendous.
