I was wondering what kind of shape I could potentially be in for 5k off this workout mile,800,600,60,800,mile ladder with 3minutes for mile 2:30 for 800 and 2minutes for 600. I ran the mile in 4:49,800 in 2:19,600 1:43, 600 1:43, 2nd 800 2:24- hit the wall, final mile 4:59. It was windy conditions outside so it slowed me down a few seconds. What do u think?
