Question - was the men's course long today? If so, how long? Times seemed slow...

Because of construction, the course is roughly 145 meters long (5.09 miles).

Thanks Conto. Nice job yesterday throwing the race together on short notice. Seems like you had fewer old guys to bring up the rear with me. How about posting ages in the results, so I could at least see who the other old-timers were.

BTW, my Garmin had the course at 5.08.

Are there pictures anywhere from the race?

Fun race - I will pay for it for a few days, which is good. It's the only local chance I will get to run more than 5k XC - quite a challenge. Thanks for putting it on.

Next time you might might want to put someone in the backhills to guide people - I didn't know where to turn up for cemetary hill - other people yelled at me not to make that first left, thank goodness. I heard some people did go up that first left. [quote]Info wrote:

Thanks. There was supposed to be someone at the base of that "fake" cemetery turn. I'll talk to the volunteer that was supposed to be there and see what happened.

I don't control the website. The gentleman who does is in Med School, so his time is spare. I'll see if he can updated the site with the ages ASAP. We'll do it... it might just take a day or 2.
