I was hoping someone could help me with some advice. Two days ago I started to get pain on the bottom of my foot. It's on the ball of my foot closer to the middle of my foot.
I wore a new pair of the shoes for a run the night before and I'm sure that was the cause of the problem because they were tight in the forefoot.
I haven't run on it yet but want to try to clear it up as soon as possible.
If anyone can share some advice or tips to help me recover, I'd greatly appreciate it.
I tried heat last night and that didn't help. I'm going to use ice tonight.
