-Currently in PR shape (just under 15:00) 5K
-resting HR around 45
-HR between intervals 4and5 during 6x1K (60sec rest) in 2.58 was 80.
-HR on 12x45sec hill sprint session at maximum work level was 159.
-never taken HR measurments before
Is there anything to this? Does it mean anything significant.. ie im not maximising potential or could it just be a low max HR?
