Was injured all of last track season. Started running in spring and stopped. I was at a running camp in CO that he was a counselor at. He wasn't running at all and it ended in August. I know he's run a few races, but I think he's just trying to score for his team. As of Aug he wasn't even running.
he needs to get the f*** out of florida state if he wants to be remembered for anything other than his high school career. the FL champ shouldn't be this bad.

I saw him at a 5K in South Bend in June (15:28, http://results.active.com/pages/searchform.jsp?rsID=79328). He had his high school posse with him.
cormier was an xc all american and acosta has run sub 4 and sub 14. as of now, fout is clearly worse than he was in high school.
He went through puberty and acquired wide hips?
He is on a team that is usually in the mix for T&F NCAA podium/championship. It is not unusual for guys to take a while to get back towards a peak in college, especially if injuries intervene.
Fout ran at the South Regionals last weekend and placed 40th. Hopefully he stays injury free and can prepare for a good track season

What is he a true sophomore? A little early in his career, especially if he was injured all track season to write him off.
Not all Footlocker champs dominate right away as freshman like all you kids seem to think.
Most of them end up at least All-Americans. I can only think of 3 or 4 out of about 30 that weren't.
Actually I don't think this is a post bashing anybody but if the op really is curious why doesn't he just check the Florida State website rather than start a thread here which is guaranteed to turn negative?
Actually, I did, but the FS website is limited in the information it provides. The great thing about posting here on LR is the blanks often get filled in by people who either know him or have seen him, as the running community is not that large. All of my curiousities have been satisfied by other LR readers/contributors of this post!
