    i haven't trained much. hurt my hip earlier in the year. what is a good time for a freshman boy in the steeplechase?

    Official Time Ranges for Frosh Steeplechases:

    Frosh Boy = 9:30 - 9:45

    Frosh Man = 9:10 - 9:30

    Frosh Beast = Sub 9 - 9:10
