Apparently a party is planned but they are trying to limit it to athletes who competed in the event. I have seen several emails about it already.
In years past there have been too many weirdos crashing the party, thinking they are a part of the celebration.

There are such things created called spectator friendly courses. I believe ISU is considered one of those by many people (not necessarily myself).
I can't stand the "ever heard of..." saying but
ever heard of World XC? Hundreds of thousands of spectators (rumored to be a million at the last one??)
