So i got frustrated with only be capable of running short runs so i went to the doctor once more to talk over my knee problems, ie knee pain that happens from time to time. If i run longer then a certain time my knees develop chronical pains etc... I tried a lot with poor success i tried insoles etc... The insoles where a disaster as they crippled me completely (they worked on the knees but i would get pain in the Si joint, back and neck and head). And eventually the knee pain would return. I had a long fine period now, but since starting new prep i felt knee pain again.
The doctor did a checkup of my knee's it did make a bit of sound but on the pictures the cartilage was still looking fine.
The doctor came with a different source as all other docs i have been through some told me my 9 mm leg length difference was worse others told i overpronate a little but not to much. And all told me i was not flexible enough.
This doc found out i can bent back my knee to far.
He was very sketchy about it all just told me to twice a day stand with heels higher then toes in squat position
"to stretch the knee tendons"
What is that all about?????
Anyone else have this problem or care to explain to me what i am dealing with here? Maybe some more detailed exercises and tips regarding my running?
