I'm about to lose my job (just a few weeks left). I am not seeing much to apply to and can afford to put off the job search for awhile. So if I decide to increase my miles and focus on running for full year, would it be worth it?
Background is that I'm an average runner, started a few years ago, averaging about 60 miles/week. Should I bump it up and see if I can finally get faster? Would I?
