Wondering how you have been faring in the past few months. Hope your training is going well.
My knee is still giving me trouble but things seem to be gradually improving. As time passes I seem to get longer periods of continuous running with gradually increasing length of training runs, now up to somewhat more than an hour.
Races seem to aggravate my knee more than my slow training runs and I have to take off 5 to 10 days after a race, depending on the length of the race and the presence of any steep downhill sections.
I did run a decent half marathon in September and a 15k in November
