Friday @ 3:00 there will be a 10k time trial on the NCAA Division II Cross Country Nationals Course. All individuals are welcome. The race should be a good time.

We only expect a field of 15-20 runners at the most. The field would have to be rather large to damage the course. We have a lot of crushed limestone laid on pivotal points of the course. i.e. the hills and the levy. We definitely wouldn't risk damage to the course for a time trial. It also hasn't been raining much here. Only sporadically for a few hours at a time.
We have four Mines alumni who were intending to run the course at around that time. Three of them are pretty solid runners and will make the race pretty competitive. I, on the other hand, put all my effort into cycling now and will provide a designated DFL for the rest of the field.

Just had too... Enjoy the TT though. That was a legit XC course in '05!
