i have recently started running twice a day, 3 miles each time, just to get my base back up where it needs to be and avoid high mileage injuries. My right foot has felt tweeked recently as well. If i take a day off, the next day it feels fine, but then it hurts the subsequent day. it is not sharp pain, more like discomfort, like something is too tight between my heel and the ball of my foot. any suggestions
