So i am 24 and I just went to the doctors after what I thought was a sprain and they said the osteophytes in my knee grew a new bone since my last knee surgery 10 years ago. Ha! Its about as big as half the patella, and they told me I broke it. Anyone else have anything weird like this in their knee? They seem to think its not a problem, as long as its not broken, but after I get a CT scan, worst case scenario would be to do arthroscopic surgery to remove it.
