Eat during the run? Don't tell me you didnt think of that.

You could drink, too. 3:1 gatorade/water seems to sate my hunger/thirst. I've known guys who could munch on a cheeseburger 90 minutes into a long run on a hot day, but not me!
eat before hand... don't be afraid of this. I regularly eat full bowl of cereal, with oats, fresh fruit and yoghurt and can run for 22 miles without extra food or water no troubles.
Yes, i've already thought of eating during the run. I have a mega metabolism & unless I husk around a big bag of king sized M & M's, i'm still hungry. The pre breakfast works to get me to around 15 or 16 miles, but if I eat too much i'm crapping it out in the middle of the run...which won't work during a marathon. I dunno i'm probably just eating the wrong stuff.
