Anyone have any insider updates on the miler we all seem to love to hate?

I haven't seen much online other than he is training in OR and is doing low mileage while attempting to recover from a nagging Achilles injury.

100 MPW on an underwater treadmill. Look for an AR in the 10K at Stanford in the spring.
