ive read the sub 1:50 post, and found it helpful, but would like to fins a 3 month plan coming off a very low mileage xc season (under 40 mpw) to get me up to speed.

Do what you did last year but run everything a little faster.
everything has changed in a year.
last year was chaotic, and my schedule had no consistency. this year, i actually have time to run, so i want to get it right.
i just need some plans to compare my thoughts to.
