An average chimp has a grip that is several times stronger than that of the strongest humans. Couple that with greater strength (at a mere 170 lbs) and jaw strength far beyond any humans. Lesnar would have his face ripped off. Just like any other human. His only chance would be to luck out and have it in a choke hold. And that wouldn't happen.
I did see a guy choke a pitbull out once though. It attacked his dog and he jumped on it and choked it out. Kind of awsome. Lesnar probably would've killed the pit, being so strong he would've crushed its windpipe.
